Living in FishHawk and Lithia
We live in FishHawk. Our four boys go to school here, play ball here, and we know these streets by the house.
FishHawk Ranch is the planned community most people mean when they say Lithia. It is built around trails, community pools and parks, with Starling, Park Square and the newer phases each pricing a little differently. Lithia beyond the ranch runs from new-build communities to acreage along the Alafia River.
What matters for a buyer here is the specifics: which village, which CDD and HOA fees, which school zone, and how far you are from the Boyette or US-301 corridor for the commute. We can answer those from the driveway, because it is our neighborhood.
Alafia River State Park sits on the southern edge for mountain biking, hiking and horses. Groceries, dining and the Palmetto Club are inside the ranch.
