What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you type in: your name, phone, email, property address, and your answers to the questions on the form. We also note which page the form was on. This site does not use advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without identifying you.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you about buying, selling or renting real estate. If you checked the consent box, we may call, text or email you about your real estate needs, including with automated texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to serve you: for example, with a mortgage lender if you ask us to connect you, with our brokerage, Red Sash Realty LLC, as required for licensing and compliance, and with the email service that delivers form submissions to us. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
