Brandon is the established center of the east side. Older homes, mature trees, and the shortest drive to downtown Tampa of the towns we cover.
Many Brandon homes were built in the 1980s and 1990s, so lots tend to be larger and HOAs lighter than in the newer suburbs. The tradeoff is age: roofs, AC systems and plumbing are where the inspection money goes.
We have renovated our own fixer-uppers through every military move. We know what an older house will cost you after closing, and we will tell you before you write the offer.
